ULC Monastery has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services, we collect and, in some instances, disclose information about you. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
1. What We Collect
Our site's registration form necessitates users to provide us contact information [Name, email, address and zip code].
Information is collected in order to, among other things, verify your identity and for use in accounting and follow-up.

We use customer contact information from the registration form to send information about the ULC and about products and/or service offered by the ULC Monastery. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our web server, and to manage our Web site. Your IP address is also used to help identify you. Finally, we may use your IP address to help protect you, ourselves and our Church from fraud.

ULC Monastery offers features and services on our site such as our bulletin board and guest book where any personal information you enter will be publicly accessible and available to third party search engines offering search services. The ULC Monastery is not responsible or liable for any information entered in or accessible in these sections of our website. If a formal request is made to remove any content that is personal in nature posted in our bulletin board or guest book, the ULC Monastery Inc. will remove that information in a timely manner.
